The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are located in different parts of the world, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore, unable to offer next day delivery.

What does processing time means?

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our warehouses for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 3-7 business days.

 When will I receive the order?

From the time when your order leaves our warehouse to reach your destination depends on where the product is shipped from and the delivery destinations.

  • Average time to USA & Canada 5 - 25 business days
  • Average time to the rest of the world 15 – 35 business days

Note: There are circumstances such as pandemic, natural disaster, weather, holidays, strike, political instability, protesting that are impacting shipping companies. For these reasons we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.  

I gave you a wrong receiving address. How can correct it?

Some browsers autofill your profile, including your address or you simply misspelled your address. To solve this situation please send us your correct address immediately to help@momskitchenware.com

 How can I track my order?

 As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time [link to your tracking page]. Each product may be shipped from different warehouses.

I received broken or damaged item, what can I do?

Our fulfillment department take extra care to make sure items are packaged properly to avoid damage during transition. However, sometimes our customers received damaged goods because of circumstance such as the way shipping companies handle the parcels. If you received damaged item, please send us the picture of the item along with purchase order number so that we can quickly send you a replacement for free.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, can cancel your order but you must cancel it within 24 hours after your ordered it. If you receive a notification the item is already shipped, please notify us by sending email to help@momskitchenware.com
